Our partnership with noon payments began in Q2 2022, in the most unexpected way—during a casual lunch meeting between Abhay, our CFO, and Mosam. At first, we were simply seeking advice on reducing payment gateway costs, but soon realized that noon payments already had the perfect solution.

From there, the relationship grew quickly. Hassaan and Mosam played instrumental roles in making sure everything ran smoothly—Hassaan, in particular, was always available to resolve issues instantly. Even though Urban Company was still relatively small at the time, noon payments treated us as a top priority, investing significant effort to support our growth.
